Aside from Eugene's reveal being handled a bit clumsily, I'd say we had a missed opportunity at learning more about Rosita. We know she has a strong relationship with Abraham, what with how she plays with his hair and the fact that they have sex, but we don't dig into her past the way we do with Abraham and Eugene.
In "No Way Out", Rosita joins the other Alexandrians killing the walkers that invaded Alexandria after Carol Peletier (Melissa McBride) kills the Alpha Wolf. In "Knots Untie", Rosita is seen in bed with Abraham after having sex, unaware that Abraham is fantasizing about Sasha. Rosita gives Abraham a necklace.
In "Not Tomorrow Yet", Abraham decides to break up with Rosita and leave their home. Rosita questions this decision and Abraham replies "When I first met you, I thought you were the last woman on Earth - you're not," thus showing the end of the relationship. Rosita is left distraught after Negan kills Abraham.
In the comics, longtime friends Rosita and Eugene become romantically involved after Abraham leaves her for Holly. (On the show, this breakup leads to Abraham's romance with Sasha.) Rosita reveals she had an affair with Siddiq and is pregnant with his child, but Eugene is committed to raising the child as his own.
After his arrival in Alexandria, his relationship with Rosita continued, and he cared for her deeply. But with time he began to develop feelings for Sasha. After they had sex, Rosita gave Abraham a necklace made of the truck as this glass, showing that she loved him and cared for him.
The Walking Dead 6x12 Abraham Breaks Up With Rosita
Do Sasha and Abraham hook up?
Sasha eventually becomes romantically involved with Bob Stookey, and later on, Abraham Ford. Sasha becomes the group's sniper. She later dies after ingesting poison as a method of trying to kill Negan.
The Walking Dead revealed the father of Rosita's baby in the latest episodes of the show. It was a mystery that didn't last for very long, even though she still seems to have three important men in her life. The father of the baby is Siddiq (Avi Nash), who has become an important character on the show.
Rosita and Siddiq had a secret affair, after which Rosita had remorse and guilt for hurting Eugene. She tells Eugene that it was a stupid mistake and she didn't love Siddiq. Siddiq felt differently, believing Rosita loved him and would leave Eugene for him.
Sometime during the massive time skip in The Walking Dead season 9, Gabriel and Rosita developed a romantic relationship. It was understood at the time that Gabriel had moved on from Jadis, with whom he had been briefly involved with on the main show.
However, that relationship never carried over to the TV show – not even in the finale when both characters said, “I love you.” It's true that Eugene was once in love with Rosita, but he's since moved on thanks to Max's presence in his life. Rosita, on the other hand, has never had such feelings for Eugene.
It's made apparent on AMC's "The Walking Dead" that love interests Abraham and Rosita have an age difference of around 20 years. But the actors who played them are even further apart in age. When the characters were introduced on season four, Christian Serratos was 23 and her costar Michael Cudlitz was 48.
Rosita then delivers her final line, saying "I'm glad it was you at the end" and is happy he will be the one who makes sure she won't reanimate, and then she dies with her closest and oldest friend by her side.
Jadis may have been the reason behind Gabriel and Rosita's breakup, adding a new layer to their relationship dynamics. Rosita's death becomes even more tragic if she never knew about Gabriel's meetings with Jadis, highlighting the untold secrets between them.
So after Abram had been living in Canaan ten years, Sarai his wife took her Egyptian maidservant Hagar and gave her to her husband to be his wife. He slept with Hagar, and she conceived. When she knew she was pregnant, she began to despise her mistress.
In The Walking Dead, Rosita Espinosa has significant relationships with multiple characters. She has a romantic involvement with Abraham Ford during their travel to Washington, D.C. Upon reaching the Alexandria Safe-Zone, their relationship concludes. Later, she has relationships with Spencer Monroe and Gabriel Stokes.
As per the comics, Rosita died when Alpha decapitated many of the survivors and put up their heads on spikes to taunt Rick. At the time, Rosita was pregnant and her unborn child died along with her. In The Walking Dead, Rosita's character arrived in the storyline from the fourth season onwards.
Rosita and Abraham shared an on-screen love scene in 505, where they were watched by a peeping Eugene (Josh McDermitt), and were later seen unclothed and in bed together in 611.
Jadis' end comes at the conclusion of an episode in which she takes center stage, with some flashbacks for good measure. The story is framed by scenes in which Jadis returns to the outskirts of Alexandria where she meets up with Father Gabriel, her onetime lover, now turned confidant.
A year later, Eugene continues to reside in the Commonwealth which is now led by Ezekiel. During this time, Eugene has married Max and they have had a daughter named Rosie together.
He is attracted to Sasha. Possibly she gets him because she has also known trauma, and he feels more real with her. So Abraham is thinking deep thoughts about his own life, having children, feeling comfortable with a woman--that sort of thing.
Socorro Espinosa, affectionately known as "Coco", was born in May 2021 at the Alexandria Safe Zone in Alexandria, Virginia to Rosita Espinosa and Siddiq. Rosita was a soldier and Siddiq was the community doctor for Alexandria.
It's definitely part of what makes this such a stupid death though – and yes we said death, because even though it looks like Rosita has survived, she hasn't. She later reveals to Eugene that she got bitten during this miraculous escape, leading to a slow, agonising death after one final meal together.
After Abraham's family died at the hands of zombies, he met up with Eugene Porter, Rosita Espinosa, and several other members of their group and began journeying with them to Washington, trying to find a society that was still intact. Abraham entered a relationship with Rosita on the road.
Nope, by the end of the series Eugene was Rosita's closest friend. After getting with Max, Eugene had completely moved on from Rosita romantically. And Rosita made it clear from the start that she wasn't into him like that.
