Festival of Sailing: There were a number of sailing festivals. One such was the Sailing of Hathor, celebrating the marriage of Hathor and Horus of Edfu.
In the beginning stages of the ancient Egyptian religion, Horus was believed to be the god of war and the sky, and was married to the goddess Hathor. As the religion progressed, Horus was seen as the son of Osiris and Isis, as well as the opponent of Seth.
Horus, the sky god, would enter her mouth every evening in the form of a hawk and emerge reborn each morning. Because of this myth, Hathor was sometimes considered the mother of Horus. Later on, Hathor was regarded as the wife of Horus.
Horus was married to Hathor, the goddess of love. While Hathor was a goddess revered by the ancient Egyptians, the ancient Greeks associated her with their own goddess of love, Aphrodite. Hathor was also associated with mothers, women, and the overall well-being of females.

Last time, we learned that Horus, Son of Isis, is married to (at least) seven Scorpion Goddesses. From the little we have left to us of Their myths, it seems They are most often involved with healing poisoning or inflammation.
